Under improving sentences : 'Management policy of karawa'

English Translation

I. Management Policy 

1. "karawa" is the fan site which will cheer KARA that focuses Park Gyuri, Han Seung Yeon, Jung Nicole, Koo Hara and Kang JiYoung. 

And "karawa" will also cheer Kim Sung Hee who was a original KARA member, and the prospective member who will act under the name of KARA. "karawa" will respect and support their choice and decision. "karawa" will believe in them, cheer them up. 

2. In "karawa", "KARA comes first" is top priority. Second priority is "Mutual respect for each other". So "karawa" will restrain registration of the person who do not agree with these values. 

3. "karawa" is managed with Management Committee which was comprised of the members who agreed with top priority value described above. The Management Committee which bear site management costs and works and the Administrator who is chosen by Management Committee have requisite rights of site management like to decide the site character and action plan, to recognize registration of new site member, to restrict site members rights, to expel site member, etc. 

4. "karawa" never accept any attempt like to impinge on or to exert pressure on choice or decision of KARA themselves and individual member of KARA. Therefore, "karawa" prohibit any attempt described above under the name of "karawa". And "karawa" prohibit any attempt like to mold public opinion in "karawa". 

5. "karawa" set a restriction that the person who has eligible to participate must be adult temporarily. That's because situation on these days around "karawa" established (2014/06/01) is very important and very difficult with KARA and Kamilia. However, this temporary measure never mean showing distrust or insult of young Kamilia. So please be understanding of this. 

Supplementary explanation 

☞1.'karawa' respect any kind of fan activities for whole member of KARA, for part of member of KARA or for individual member of KARA. And 'karawa' also respect diversity of karawa members fan activities. 'part of member of KARA or for individual member of KARA' includes current members, past members and prospective members that are not under the name of KARA formally. 

'karawa' will not be a site that represent whole KARA fan. And 'karawa' do not have the will to be so. 'karawa' will simply want to be the space that KARA, members of KARA and all of Kamilia will visit easily and take a rest. Therefore 'karawa' will not welcome the person who want to make a charge against or denounce someone on grounds of they love KARA. 'karawa' will welcome only the person who agree with these values that are "KARA comes first is top priority" and "Respect each others sense of values". Supporting KARA, encouraging KARA and believing in KARA is the reason for existing of 'karawa' and the aim of 'karawa'. 'karawa' would like to be the place where the people who agree with the value of these reason and aim will have a relationship each other. 

☞2. "KARA comes first" means 'karawa' will pursue the benefit of whole KARA members, part of KARA and individual KARA member. "Benefit" referred here does not mean personal value or definition by individual karawa member but commonsensical meaning that whole or mostly 'karawa' members agree with. Especially, "pursuing benefit" also means 'karawa' will respect and support the decision of individual KARA member. 

☞3. 'Management Committee' means founder of 'karawa' as of establishment date. Number of Management Committee may increase or decrease through Management Committee Meeting according to some circumstances. Management Committee has various authority to manage the site. It does not mean 'karawa' is the site that owned by particular person or particular group. If whole 'karawa' members various opinion would be gave priority, 'karawa' motto "KARA comes first" and "Mutual respect for each other" might collapse. Therefore 'karawa' will proceed the activity to support KARA and encourage KARA and believe in KARA under the 'karawa' members trust in Management Committee members who perfectly agreed with these two value that described above. 

☞4. 'karawa' define fan activity is 'support' and 'encouragement' to star under the value of "KARA comes first". You can describe your personal opinion and you can propose any constructive suggestion under the value of "Mutual respect for each other". However, you can do it as long as you obey the top priority value "KARA comes first". Additionally, you may get limited authority if you do personal attacks, cause strife, degrade and do excessive dispute. 

☞5. 'Adult' referred here means the age with the right to vote as a national of the Republic of Korea on participated year. This also apply to the person who lives in overseas and the person who is not a citizen of the Republic of Korea.
